[This is NOT a mock interview] This is for review / feedback / discuss your interview script, and support you prepare for a big interview. We will have 2 sessions <First session -- Teach & Learn> 45 mins 1. I'll Teach basic ideas for interview prep --Useful youtube videos, articles, common questions 2. I'll Learn about your from your resume, experience, and your career goal 3. We will define some selling points and set expectation for your interview prep script writing. <Second session -- Write/Read & Feedback> 45 mins 1. You'll need to Write down your interview script and share with my by google drive 2. I'll Read & Feedback your script. I am not able to write for you, but I'll give clear instruction & template. 3. We will go through some good practice in your answers, and discuss/solve your difficult questions. What is Interview prep, why review script?! - You need to design and think through what is the key message for your interview. - A usual mock interview feedback is oral. I talked a lot. You feel everything I said "make sense", but you still don't know how to make it "right". - I can provide my feedback in black & white, help you correct your answer, and find a good story. Who need this: - You have relevant experience. You got multiple interview opportunity, but but somehow cannot get an offer. - You are senior, but somehow always get low ball salary package. - You have some up & down in career, and don't know how to explain well. - You are looking for a career change. You need some help to persuade hiring manager that you are a suitable candidate.
