About George

I'm George Beverley and I offer mentoring services for those working in or getting into customer Insights and Customer Experience (CX).

I am Co-founder at Runway Growth Consulting and I write and podcast under the name of "The Audience Detective". With over 20 years of experience in the design and digital marketing industry, I have gained a wealth of knowledge in CX research and can guide you through the process.

I started my career as a designer in London's adland, where I quickly realised the importance of research in unlocking insights that fuelled brand and product growth. Since then, I have been fascinated with UX research and have developed skills in data analysis, persona development, wireframing, value proposition, and prototype testing.

Through my mentoring services, I aim to change the way people view customer research. I like to approach it as if we're detectives solving a case - using data, observing behavior, and talking to people to build a compelling case.
