I usually work in 4 pillars: 🏛️Study Plan: We evaluate your currently knowledge and think on tech gaps to plan it 🏛️Portfolio Project: Also based on the currently knowledge, we think on a possible project for you to work on and I can review 🏛️Recruiters Visibility: We go over some strategies to boost your appearance and chances 🏛️Interviews/Migration to Europe/other / CV: Depending on your will, we might work on some specific topics, like Interviews or Migration to other country, as well as some other specific topic we align. Communication: 💬 Monthly meeting of around 30 minutes 💬 Asych chat as needed via platform or linkedin or email or ... What a mentorship is not: ❌ I'm not gonna teach you tech, nor will do live coding, nor will solve corporate problems you might (even tough we talk about it) How does that sound to you?
